If you already have an electrical supply on the property, nope! Roomi is plug ‘n’ play. All you need to do is plug your Roomi in via an extension cord.

If you’re getting a Roomi with a toilet and shower, you might need to get a plumber on-site to connect these facilities. Don’t stress, though, it’s pretty easy, and the Roomi team can help you coordinate this. 

There is also the option of selecting a composting toilet. If you opt for one of these, you won’t need a plumber.

You can install your Roomi on a slab, but it isn’t essential. Your Roomi can be levelled with paving stones or set on a slab, piers, or just the property itself.

Yes, we sure can! With connections across the transport industry, we have transport teams we can recommend to help you get your Roomi to your property.

Yes, you can! Our team of in-house designers can create the perfect layout for your Roomi’s requirements.

Nope! You can select add-ons to your Roomi, but you’ll always be across the final price for your Roomi. Where some transportable homes can come with additional costs for things like cladding or air conditioning, Roomi offers all-inclusive pricing for the basics you need.

Yes, every Roomi we design and build is engineered for Australian standards and can be council-certified. It’s part of our commitment to making getting your Roomi easy.
